Do you want to throw your child a birthday party cannot afford to pay a planner? How about if the planner does all the work for you! You choose the theme, and we will create a party package for 10 kids with directions for set up. You will receive tablecover, napkins, forks/spoons, cups, cupcake toppers, banner, goody bags(unfilled), centerpiece and invitations. We send you directions for set up and answer any questions or concerns you may have. Additional items can be included for an additional cost.

If less than two weeks are given there will be a $50 rush order. There is a $10/person charge for each additional child.

Planner will not be at the event nor will she provide any decor. These may be provided at an additional cost.
•Shawn and her assistant(s) for up to 8 hours on-site wedding day coordination
•Up to 2 detail and planning meetings
•Vendor recommendations (up to 3 categories, 2 each)
•One walk through at your ceremony and/or reception venue
•Assist in venue layout and guest flow
•Unlimited email and phone communication
•Advise on etiquette and protocol
•Create timeline for entire wedding day
•Communicate and confirm timeline with vendors
•Review vendor contracts
•Direct and assist vendors as needed
•Direct and coordinate rehearsal
•Assist church coordinator as needed
•Assist bride and groom, wedding party, and immediate family
•Arrive at ceremony and reception sites two to three hours prior to start time
•Pin boutonnieres and corsages
•Direct processional (in absence of church coordinator)
•Delivery and placement of favors, escort cards, table numbers, toasting flutes, cake cutting set, guest book, photographs, ceremony programs, etc.
•Transport bride’s personal items from ceremony to reception
•Coordinate with MC for introductions, first dance, toasts, cake cutting, etc.
•Distribute final payments to vendors during event
•Pack up gifts, leftover favors, decorations, and give to designated person(s)
•Coordinate grand exit for couple
•Provide extensive wedding day emergency kit including a steamer

Deposit is required to book your date. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to the event. Anything not listed on package will be and additional cost. Package doesn't include any mileage rates for errands run for the event.
