Payment can be made over the phone or via secure payment link via email. Deposit is non refundable. No canceling is permitted without forfeit of deposit. Reschedule is permitted once within 180 days, only if notification of 7 days prior to day of service is given. Weather cancellation is made only by Texoma Transportation LLC on safety and not the events decision or party of booking to make a call for safety regarding the equipment or staff of Texoma Transportation LLC. Cleaning fee of $500 minimum for excessive trash or spilled drinks. Smoking, Vaping, Drug use is a prohibition & will result in immediate termination of trip. Smoking fee for cleaning is $1000 Bodily fluid is a $1000 fee for cleaning . Clients are not permitted to clean the vehicles due to safety and liability reasons. Unlawful behavior or threating staff is grounds for law enforcement involvement and the trip will end immediately. Everyone in vehicle must be seated in requirements of Texas or any jurisdiction of operation. Passengers must follow the rules of the vehicle and driver instructions or trip will end. No refund is given if trip is ended early due to safety or health concerns created by passengers.
