This fee is to reserve the White Rose Manor Parlour for an 8-hour event; decorating time is included for a maximum of 3 hours outside the scheduled event). It includes use of the parlour with furniture and setup of tables and chairs for 20 guests with linens, if desired.
The bathroom is located on the second floor, accessible by stairs.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book. The balance must be paid eight (8) weeks prior to the event.
Outside vendors, including decor, caterers, rentals, etc., must sign an agreement with the White Rose Manor and be scheduled into a delivery window.
Weddings at the White Rose Manor include a 2-hour rehearsal time, wedding day rental (9am-10pm) and a honeymoon night for the couple at the B&B. Outdoor tables and chairs are an additional rental. Licensed, outside caterers are permitted. All vendors must meet/call with the venue coordinator to schedule arrivals and departures.

50% non-refundable deposit of $1000 is required to secure the date. Balance is due one (1) month prior to the event. All monies paid are final and non-refundable. Maximum event capacity is 40 people. In the event of inclement weather, outdoor terrace events may move indoors at no additional charge.
