I had the best florist for my wedding a couple of months ago. Her name is Jackie Armstrong and she was with Hy-vee floral department. When I was looking for a florist I was really looking for someone that could give me great idea's. I am not really into flowers and didn't really have a vision so i wanted someone that could put all these idea's out there and show me different things so i had different options to choose from. And that is exactly what Jackie did. We met 3 times, once 6 months before the wedding, once 3 months before the wedding and then once a week before the wedding. The first 2 times we met i showed up and she had a variety of different options that i could choose from and then we would add or rearrange flower for a while until we got exactly what i liked and wanted. It was so great! She was so helpful and personable! The meeting the week before the wedding she basically had everything together and I just went to make sure everything was the way i wanted it and that was it. On our wedding day she came to the church and set up all the flowers where they were suppose to be, brought the bouquets, and she also went to the place where we were having the receptions and set up all the flowers there, and they looked great! I was so pleased with this service that i would recommend it to anyway!
