The Seaview Room has 952 square feet of beautifully engineered event space. The room is 34’ x 28’ with floor to ceiling views of Siletz Bay, as well as a large gas fireplace, small outside balcony and with a large tv for meetings and other viewings. We host parties from 20-48 guests, depending on the room layout. Once you have finalized your head count, we can work together to determine a room layout that works best for you and your occasion, so that you, your guests, and our staff can move comfortably and safely around the room.

Explore the best of the bay with an outdoor space for your event. The North Patio is a spacious and sprawling deck space situated right on the edge of the bay. At high tide the bay fills and the deck is at the water’s edge. Toast a fresh beer with your guests as you overlook the vast bay or have a ceremony too. At lower tides discover a front row seat to the birds and views of the bay. A customizable layout of the outdoor tables and North Patio lounge settings allows for the freedom to transform the space into your own oasis. Reserve the Bayside room with the North Patio to allow your guest to flow from an indoor area to outdoor space, allowing for the best of the coast.

Perched above our grand room’s main dining area, the upstairs mezzanine is an elevated space for your next event. Enjoy expansive views of the bay as you gaze out the large feature windows of our Siletz Bay building. The upstairs mezzanine is accessible from an architecturally prominent suspended staircase as well as an ADA accessible elevator. The upstairs Mezzanine pairs perfectly with the Seaview room as a second bookable space, allowing you to expand the possibilities for your event. We host parties for up to 48 guests, seasonal availability, Phil’s Landing has 874 square feet for your event.
