Rental price includes up to 8 hours of 2000 sq ft, access to 44 colorful chairs, 10 unique tables, 2 mounted stereo speakers and Spotify account access, 1 large indoor freezer, 1 mini fridge, 3 colorful kid tables, 2 indoor tree benches, and 12 colorful outdoor patio chairs. The inside space has multiple counters and a large tiki bar that's ready to be stocked with beverages at your next event. Free parking, open grassy outdoor space, large covered patio with 2 outdoor fans, 1 unisex handicap accessible restroom, 2 compartment sink, and multiple trash cans and outdoor dumpster service are also included with the rental price. A total of 4 Life size palm trees adorn the inside and outside of the venue. Cornhole, Tetherball and board games are also included! *All of these additional amenities are completely optional and can be stored out of the way if needed. Outside music entertainment, catering and bartending is allowed as long as correct legal operating permits and insurance documents are current and posted on the day of the event. Any large play equipment such as bounce houses, waterslides, etc. are also allowed but must be approved.
