We hosted our son’s rehearsal dinner at Copper Roux on June 24. It went off very smoothly, the servers were wonderful and fast, the food was delicious, everybody there was so very accommodating. The event planner, Allison Meade, worked closely with us through every detail. I know she very well could’ve lost patience with all of our many questions, but she never did. She was wonderful. I would hire them again in a minute.

Copper Roux was the perfect location for our 50th anniversary party with 50 guests. Out of town guests loved having a hotel walking distance from the venue. Angie, Shanna and staff delivered service above our expectations! It was wonderful not having to arrange rentals from other places for tables, linens and dishes. Audio and visual systems are all there on site. Copper Roux had it all. The room and bar are lovely. Bayou Bluegrass has their catering business on site. Their menu choices were plentiful and the food and service was very good. Our gracious thanks go out to all involved in making our evening wonderful!

I am new to the area and needed to find a place to have a baby shower for my daughter. I found the Copper Roux online. The venue rental is a bit high and it really wasn’t a big shower but I was having a hard time finding anywhere due to COVID plus not knowing the area. Shanna was amazing in helping me organize the shower. Everyone loved the venue and the food was amazing. We did a brunch menu which included an omelet bar. All the staff were amazing and took such good care of us. I would definitely recommend this venue for any party needs. Thank you Copper Roux!!

We had a wonderful experience throughout the entire process. Planning went off without any hassle even though we were out of town. We worked with Shanna mostly but everyone that was involved the day of- Angie, Erin, Caleb and the rest of the staff couldn’t have been more friendly. They all made us feel welcome and we never felt rushed to get our boisterous crowd out the door! The food was excellent! We had sooo many compliments on the entire evening. Thanks to all. You helped make this night a very special one for our son and his bride.

We recently held a corporate party at the Copper Roux. The event had to be rescheduled from January due to the snow. Shanna made everything very easy for us. This is a beautiful venue with the most accommodating staff you will ever hope to find. Shanna arranged our entertainment for us, picked the linens, you name it and she either decided for us or made it easy for us to decide. The food was absolutely wonderful! Matt Falcone you have a business and staff to be proud of. We appreciate the attention that you personally gave to us. We look forward to having future events here, and would recommend this catering company and this venue to anyone that asks!! :) Thank you for making this a truly enjoyable night for our employees!

Florida Tile, Inc. held a National Sales Meeting dinner event at Copper Roux in January 2016 for 140 guests. The food was very delicious and they provided impeccable service. Shanna Combs was very professional and timely in preparing a contract that met our specific needs. This dinner also included setting up a last minute dancing area. All of the guests had a great time.
