The Lewisville Grand Theater has two 700-square-foot classrooms and one 350-square-foot* classroom available for classes, meetings or breakout spaces. Each classroom is equipped with a deep basin sink and have large glass folding garage-style doors that allow in natural light that can be opened for ventilation if required for certain art making activities. Each of the larger classrooms can be divided into two smaller spaces with a collapsible air wall. Tables and chairs are included with the rental of a classroom.

The 2,100-square-foot Art Gallery may be rented as a special event space for receptions, meetings or classes. The Art Gallery features up to 300 running feet of exhibition wall space with rotating art being displayed year-round. The gallery includes skylights that provide natural light and semi-adjustable inner walls for flexibility of possible room layouts.

The Courtyard serves as an entryway and circulation area for all the spaces within the Lewisville Grand Theater. With over 9,600- square-feet of usable outdoor space, it is available for events such as weddings, receptions, concerts, and social gatherings. Availability of the Courtyard for private rental is dependent on the schedule of other spaces at The Grand.

The Recital Hall is a 2,200-square-foot, multifunctional special event space suitable for banquets, receptions, performances, and meetings. This space is also equipped to be used as a dance studio and rehearsal space. The Recital Hall features an open floor plan with optional natural light and is equipped with sound and lighting equipment as well as a sprung hardwood floor. Tables, chairs and other equipment are available at an additional charge.

The Black Box Theater is a 2,750-square-foot flexible space able to accommodate patrons and guests in a variety of seating arrangements from theatrical productions (audience size 128*) to an open floor for banquets, meetings or social events (max of 136). The Black Box is fully equipped with built in sound and lighting systems, as well as two private dressing rooms.

The Lobby may be rented as a private, special event space offering an open concept for banquets or receptions.

Run of House rentals include access to all areas of the Lewisville Grand Theater for large scale fundraising events, conventions and festivals. All specific perspace requirements, such as the booking of approved technicians, apply for Run of House events.

The Performance Hall features fixed seating for 294, a stage large enough to accommodate large musical ensembles including orchestras, choirs, bands, dance and theatrical productions, as well as multiple dressing rooms and a scene shop. The Performance Hall is fully equipped* with an automated fly system and builtin sound and lighting systems.
