Downstairs Carlson Hall is an open and bright downstairs Hall with table seating for 100. Perfect for regular gatherings, parties, large dinners, rehearsals, demonstrations and classes.
Meeting/Bridal Room: Private room off Carlson Hall, suitable for business and small meetings of up to 16. This private room is also the ideal space for a bride to get ready for the big day!
Kitchen: Full-service off Carlson Hall, with two stoves, sinks and refrigerators, plus coffee pots and microwave. Booked with Carlson Hall, not booked alone.

Residents: $50 for 4 hours or less; Over 4 hours: $100
Non-Residents: $75 for 4 hours or less; Over 4 hours: $150

The downstairs and upstairs spaces are connected within by stairs, and also have separate outside entrances, each with ADA compliant ramp access.
A large ADA compliant single-use/family/assisted restroom is located in the downstairs Carlson Hall.
There are special rates for events that are for-profit (events that require payment to attend) and weddings (due to pre-event time and post-event maintenance).

Upstairs Assembly Hall, available for more formal or intimate events and gatherings, can accommodate 150 to 200.
With a stage, and an organ and piano available by request, it's also a great space for recitals.
The Library/Groom's Room: Off the Upstairs Hall, a small and light filled meeting or class room, with seating for ten.

Our Special Wedding Rate includes…
The Upstairs Assembly Hall and Groom’s Room, and the downstairs Bridal Room. Booking for the big day is for up to five hours, plus up to one hour the day prior for rehearsal.
Please note:
• Due to the historical nature of the building we can allow only minimal decorating
• The use of Downstairs Carlson Hall (except for entering/exiting the building, and accessing the Bridal Room and bathroom) and Kitchen are not included in our Special Wedding Rate.
Sunday Weddings (they happen!)
Though a group rents the Center every Sunday, inquire if you would like to be married on a Sunday. We’ll surely be able to work something out!
