Event Contract
No stilettos. While a saucy and fun look, stilettos could poke holes in our original 1912 floors. Block heels are allowed, and way more comfortable.
We love decorations, but please do not place anything on colored walls. Tape on the white paint is fine. Feel free to attach pictures to mirrors too!
If you move furniture around, please pick it up and do not drag - this is to protect the floors.
No open flames
The first floor will be cleaned and sanitized upon your arrival. Party host is responsible for cleaning any and all messes created during the event. A cleaning fee of $100 will be charged if the event space is not returned to original condition.
Extra trash bags are located in the trashcan in the kitchen, as well as in the cleaning supplies basket in the bathroom. A broom and duster are located in the hallway closet, as well as a sponge mop if needed.
All trash and recyclables should be disposed of in the outside garbage cans.
Party host is responsible for any damage caused to the first floor including but not limited to furniture, walls, and décor. Valley Royale LLC will send a receipt for repair or replacements if any damage should occur, and payment will be expected within 30 days of receiving the receipt.
Valley Royale LLC assumes no responsibility for any potential contraction or transmission of COVID-19 during the course of the event.
