Conference Room / Boardroom pricing is based on the amount of time needed and the amount of people. For our boardroom, we charge $350 for over 4 hours and $200 for 4 hours or less.
The boardroom has a flat screen TV built in that is included. Rental includes complimentary water service, pens, notepads, WiFi, and a gallery host to help with anything you may need.
Meeting room pricing is based on the amount of time needed, the set up style, and the amount of people. We have 3 meeting spaces that can be combined into larger spaces by opening air walls between them. See event spaces information for maximum capacity per room details. Rental includes complimentary water service, pens, notepads, WiFi, and a gallery host to help with anything you may need. Banquet style setup includes complimentary black linens (other colors available at additional cost). For formal banquets we provide complimentary centerpieces.
ROOM RENTAL
• Combined Total Meeting Place $1500 Whole-day (9-hour maximum) / $1050 Half-day (4-hour maximum)
• Two Combined Meeting Places $1000 Whole-day (9-hour maximum) / $600 Half-day (4-hour maximum)
• Single Meeting Place $600 Whole-day (9-hour maximum) / $350 Half-day (4-hour maximum)
We offer onsite catering (see our attached catering menu). Breakfast ranges from $12-$15 per person. Lunches and dinners range from $18-$22 per person. Specialty snack breaks range from $5-$14 per person. We offer an unlimited half day beverage package which includes Seattle’s Best coffee, Tazo tea, bottled water & assorted Pepsi soft drinks (4-hour unlimited refills, 25 guest minimum). We also offer a la carte options for snack, dessert, and beverage items.
Alcoholic beverages are available if food is being served as well (per Utah state liquor laws). We charge a $100 setup fee. Both hosted bar and cash bar options are available. We charge a 15% service fee for all alcohol sales.
The All-Inclusive Package includes meeting room rental, audio/visual equipment rental, breakfast, lunch, a mid-morning snack break, and an afternoon snack break. If your group is not staying at the hotel, it is an additional charge to include breakfast. The package has a 15 person minimum.
We take care of all the set up and take down and a gallery host is assigned to your group to make sure you have everything you need. You are also given a half hour before and after your meeting to set up and take down group supplies. Complimentary water service, pens, and notepads are provided.
