We have a 2 night full facility rental requirement during our busiest wedding months- May-September. The rate is $5200/ night plus tax for a full facility rental. This rate includes use of the Main Lodge and all of its infrastructure of tables, chairs, dishware, glassware and silverware for 150 pp. and our fully stocked commercial kitchen. It includes all 20 of our room suites (one queen bed in its own room and a pull-out queen with memory foam mattress in the sitting room), use of our outdoor amphitheater which can accommodate about 120 people, our outdoor event tent (26x46), our yoga yurt, hiking trails and an outdoor hot tub. We also have permanent lighting strung in the tent, the meadow by the tent, and over the deck and lawn of the lodge.
The full facility rental also includes overnight lodging for the first 40 adults. The suites are capable of holding up to 80 people if there are four people per suite and there are 22 bunkbeds available in the main lodge for a total of 102. If you have more than 40 adults staying on site there is an additional $20/person/night charge unless folks are camping. The camping rate is $15/ night for over the 40 people and the main lodge meadow can hold up to 20 campers. If there are over 20 people camping then you would need to rent out our group camping area, Barn Canyon. There is no charge for day use guests if the wedding is under 150 pp in size. If you have more than 150 pp then there is a $10 per person charge for additional adult day use guests up to a maximum wedding size of 300 pp. There is no charge for children 12 and under both for lodging and day-use.
All of our suites are set up just like a hotel with soap, shampoo and all linens provided. They all have private bathrooms and a small kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge and bar sink plus a 4 person plastic dishware set. All suites have heat and A/C.
You may cater your own wedding and can serve beer and wine yourselves, however if you are serving hard alcohol you will need to have a server (with a liquor permit.) You will also need to purchase a banquet permit which is available on-line for $11.
All open bars are required to stop serving by 11pm on the day of the event. Amplified music (DJs or live bands) is required to shut down at 11pm however IPods, laptops with small speakers, or acoustic music are allowed to continue past 11pm.

We give a 10% discount for non-profits that are going to have 100 people or more in attendance at their event. The rate is $4,950/ night plus tax for a full facility rental. We give up to a 15% discount with 20 or less people in attendance. This rate includes use of the Main Lodge and all of its infrastructure of tables, chairs, dishware, glassware and silverware for 150 pp. and our fully stocked commercial kitchen. The main lodge has three conference rooms upstairs which are capable of holding 40-45 people in the large conference room and 15-20 people in the two smaller rooms. The main room of the lodge is capable of holding about 120 people with tables and chairs filling the whole space. There is a deck that can hold 110 people and a large shaded lawn in front that is great for an event space. If you are interested in just a lodge only rental with room suites on a per suite needed basis then the rate would be $2,430/ night with a two night minimum and $135/ night/ suite. The lodge only rate includes the lodge (including 22 bunkbeds), amphitheater, event tent and meadow area, yoga yurt, and hiking trails. If you rented 17 or more suites then it would make more sense economically to rent out the full facility.

As far as activities go there are hiking trails around the property and a yoga yurt that you can use. Lake Wenatchee State Park is close by and there are multiple recreational activities you can do in Leavenworth which is only 15 min. away.
