Terms and Conditions

• The Sound Company agrees to provide music entertainment at the above indicated location between the indicated hours. This contract may be cancelled legitimately by the client if written notification is received by S & L Entertainment 45 days prior to the date of engagement. In the event of legitimate cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited by the client. In all other cases, the client will be responsible for the full balance indicated on this contract. • If for any reason The Sound Company is unable to fulfill the terms of this contract, all monies paid to The Sound Company will be refunded to the client within fourteen (14) days. The Sound Company liability is limited to the face value of this contract. • Overtime is always subject to availability, and commences in half-hour increments for all entertainment provided at the client's request beyond the hours indicated above. Overtime is billed at fifty dollars ($50) per half-hour, or portion thereof, and is due at the conclusion of the overtime. • In the event the client refuses to honor the balance, all collection, attorney and court fees of The Sound Company shall be the responsibility of the client. There is a ten dollar ($10) fee for each returned check. • Unless previous arrangements have been mutually agreed upon, the full balance is due the day of the contracted date of entertainment, with the exception of the overtime which is due at the end of the performance.
