IWE Catering Terms of Service Down Payment: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. We also accommodate 30 days net depending on event size. Advance Notice: For events with fewer than 25 guests, we require at least 10 days advance notice. For events with fewer than 50 guests, we require at least 14 days advance notice. For events with 50 or more guests, we request at least 30 days advance notice to ensure availability and sufficient time for menu planning and preparation. Cancellations: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. Changes to Event Details: Any changes to the menu, guest count, or services must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but they may incur additional fees. Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or check. All payments must be made in full before the event date.

For events with 50 or more guests, we request at least 60-90 days advance notice to ensure proper coordination and planning. Cancellations: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit minus any cost we already incurred. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. Changes to Event Details: Any changes to event details such as guest count, schedule, or services must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event. Last-minute changes may be accommodated, but they may incur additional fees based on availability and required adjustments. Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or check. All payments must be made in full 7 days before the event.
