Although my memory of Stefans florist was at a bad time in my life (my beloved grandmother had just passed), my memories of their service and understanding stuck with me since. As I explained my situation and why I needed the flowers to an experiences facilitator, I started to get the feeling that he cared. While he easily couldve suggested a cliche set of flowers, he took the time to listen to what must have been my passion for my grandmother. After this, he made a great decision on how to pay my respects with a set of 12 flourishing lives in my hand.
