Included in your rental fee is the exclusive use of the Manor, banquet style chairs, tables, two dressing rooms on the upper level, and a “warming” kitchen on the premises. We also feature a tented patio during the months of April through October. A licensed and insured caterer is required for our facility, as they will be responsible for the set up and break down of your event. We do not provide food or additional amenities (linens, decorations, etc.), those items would need to be provided by you or a vendor of your choice. 4 hour house rental for up to 60 people: $250 4 hour house and tent rental for up to 120 people: $350 The manor is available 7 days a week, with rentals available in 7 hour blocks of time.
