Event Insurance Required. Day Event Deposit/Damage Deposit required. Common areas are under surveillance. Day Events (75-100 maximum) entry granted 10:00am and must be concluded, no later than 11:00pm. For events of 51 or more, onsite security must be present. The security personnel can be provided by events planner's own security (evidenced by a copy of security agreement) or security can be provided at an ala carte cost. All day event persons must depart premises, no later than 11:00pm. Home Security officers patrol exterior of premises at various times and enter property at the conclusion of the day events.
