My husband and I had a great experience with Lucky Limousine. It was our first time in Las Vegas, and we decided to splurge on a limo to and from the airport. The service was set up through an online 3rd party, which doesn't always go smoothly, but Lucky Limo made sure to confirm our dates, times and locations the day before each trip, and they always had a driver waiting for us when they promised they would. In fact, our return trip had a date error (completely our fault), and when we realized this fact at the last minute, they went above and beyond to remedy the situation, and get a driver to our hotel with plenty of time to get us to our flight. They did not charge us any additional amount for this error, though I'm sure they had to scramble to find a free car with just a few hours notice. In addition, both drivers we met were very nice, personable and provided us with the perfect amount of conversation for the trip without becoming overly familiar or chatty. The cars themselves were extremely clean, and in wonderful shape. The ride was comfortable and quick, and on the way to our hotel on the first leg of the trip, the driver made sure to point out sites we might want to be aware of for visiting at a later date. After our trip, we realized that maybe Vegas isn't really the vacation spot for us, but we very happy that the traveling portion of the vacation was stress free and easy.
