Terms and Conditions
- My preferred method is to invoice you through Paypal or Square. However, I will also accept Visa, Mastercard, discover, amex, and cash in person. I will NOT accept checks and will NOT accept payments on the day of the wedding.
- A signed agreement is required to reserve your date.
- Whenever I receive a retainer, I block off that specified time for your wedding, and I don't accept other work at that time. Because I turn away other potential clients in order to preserve your date, retainers are not refunded and ineligible for refund after, even if the date is changed or the wedding is canceled for any reason; including acts of God, fire, strike, and/or extreme weather.
After our initial consultation. I will send your customized booking contract via email for you to review and electronically sign. Once signed, I send over an invoice for your retainer or booking fee.
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve and hold your wedding date. This fee is applied to the total balance for your wedding. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the ceremony date.
Once the contract has been signed and the invoice paid, this ensures your confirmation of booking on my calendar
Once I send your contract and invoice, as a courtesy, I hold your date for 24 hours. After 24 hours, if you have not confirmed your booking, your date becomes available again.
