Terms and Conditions

All contracted group events are subject to a 20% gratuity & a 4.5% service charge. A 50 % non refundable deposit of the contracted amount, is due withing 14 days of a contract being signed by client. Remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date. GUEST GUARANTEE: Final guest count is due 72 hours prior to event date to insure proper food preparation 7 staffing levels. CANCELATION POLICY: Should payment be made by credit card, Client certifies that the authorized signature on this Agreement and the enclosed credit card form authorizes Flights Restaurants to process a charge up to the entire contract amount against the credit card. Deposit will be charged immediately upon receipt. Additional expenses will be billed to the credit card on file at the conclusion of the Event. In the event you find it necessary to cancel the arrangements for your Event, please be aware that the confirmation deposit is non-refundable. Please also be aware that any cancellation must be in writing and sent directly to Noelle Tokar. Notice of cancellation is only valid upon receipt of proper written notification. Any additional deposit over and above the non-refundable confirmation deposit will be refundable as follows: • Written cancellation notices received 90 days or more prior to your Event, 100% refund • Written cancellation notices received between 89 and 31 days prior to your Event, 50% refund • Written cancellation notices received 30 days or less prior to your Event, no refund
