Terms and Conditions

Upon booking, you must provide a credit card authorization form to secure your space. If event is cancelled 60+ days prior to date of use, there is no penalty. If event is cancelled 30 - 59 days prior to date of use, there is a penalty of 50% of expected revenue charged to card used to secure room. If event is cancelled 0-29 days prior to date of use, there is a penalty of 100% of expected revenue charged to card used to secure room. Credit card is authorized on first day of use and charged following your event.
