What’s included with rental of The Madison Rose Event Center:
• A beautiful private setting for intimate gatherings with groups of six or more. The Madison Rose event center can accommodate up to 76 guests seated inside. and up to 150 guests for outside events.
• An elegant kitchen with a walk-in cooler is yours to use for carry in or catered meals. All food items that need to be warm shall be roasted or cooked before arrival to the venue. A microwave and gas range are available for warming purposes only.
• We provide tables, chiavari chairs, table linens, China, flatware, and stemware.
• We have a state of the art audio video system that is available for you to use that includes a PA component. Our guests can also use the 75 inch diagonal TV that can be used for teaching, PowerPoint, photos on a loop, videos etc.
• Our facility is handicap accessible and has an ADA bathroom.
Black Creek Ridge has a 550 square foot covered porch attached to the Madison Rose Event Center. We have also created four beautiful outdoor patios for you to enjoy the beauty of the flower farm. All patios are fully equipped with a surround sound, audio system that allows you to enjoy any music genre. Let us create the most memorable event for you and your guests.
Flowers from the farm are available to decorate your tables, bathroom, drink tables and buffet tables for an additional charge. Black Creek Ridge LLC has exclusive rights to floral decor. Flowers from other sources are not permitted.

Tier 1: Banquet Tables and Chivari Chairs ~You bring your own table coverings, dinnerware, flatware, napkins, beverage cups etc.
Tier 2: Banquet Tables, Chivari Chairs, Table pads and linens ~ You bring your own dinnerware, flatware, napkins, beverage cups etc
Tier 3: Banquet Tables, Chivari Chairs, Chair Cushions, Linens, Chargers, Fine China, Flatware, Stemware. This is a 5 Star event, we set the tables with chargers, china, flatware, stemware, cloth napkins. We do the dishes! You walk in and enjoy your event! Our staff will be on hand to help guide you through the entire process so that everything is seamless and memorable!
Pricing is dependent on type of event, the number of hours , and the number of people.
