We have 3 rooms on site:
• Willoughby is 1520 square feet, starting at $800 per day or $590 per half day
• Murrayville is 750 square feet, starting at $500 per day or $390 per half day
• Fernridge is 820 square feet, starting at $500 per day or $390 per half day
They all boast floor to ceiling windows with a modern décor and an abundance of natural light. The room rental will include your set up, tear down, personal banquet staff, high-speed WIFI, complimentary hotel parking, and water service.

EVENT CANCELLATION
"Cancellation of a confirmed booking, less than 30 days from the event will incur a cancellation penalty as follows:
15-29 days prior to arrival: full room rental will apply.
7-14 days prior to arrival: full room rental and 25% of anticipated Food and Beverage sales will apply.
3-6 days prior to arrival: full room rental and 50% of anticipated Food and Beverage sales will apply.
Less than 72 hours prior to arrival: full room rental and 100% of anticipated Food and Beverage sales will apply."
All charges on Banquet Event Orders are subject to Sales Tax (pending location) and a 20% service charge (10% in the UK). The Hotel (Affiliated Restaurants) Reserves the right to adjust Sales Taxes as necessary subject to government requirements. Food and beverage pricing is guaranteed for 90 days from signing date.
