Security/Damage Deposit of $250 and a signed contract is required to hold a date for the use of the facility. If alcohol is served, additional stipulation are required.

Point Golf Club Event Center includes tables, chairs, ice machine, and kitchen (freezer, sink and a counter top for prep).

Payment plans can be discussed once a date, rental agreement, deposit, and total amount are agreed to. All events must be completely paid 30 days prior to event date.
Point University staff will not be responsible for setting up or taking down tables/chairs or any extra rentals items. All event center tables/chairs need to be returned to their storage areas and any additional rental items need to be removed by 11pm or other approved time by event center staff prior to the event.
