The Historic MKT Depot and Rose Garden are available for rent for parties, showers, intimate weddings, meetings, and other special occasions. The Depot is the perfect place for your book club, art club, or other special interest group to hold its next meeting or special event. Together with the Rose Garden, it's a beautiful setting for weddings, bridal or baby showers, birthday parties, and corporate retreats.

I had my wedding ceremony here in 2008, this is a lovely and quiet place for a wedding ceremony and reception. It feels quaint and charming but is actually very spacious and just 20 minutes from downtown Dallas. Excellent indoor/outdoor entertaining and event space, very reasonable rates, and friendly helpful people to deal with. Carol is great!
