We rent our base event hall for $50/hourly (with a minimum of a 3 hour booking). We offer additional services such as DJ's, Bartenders, Photobooth, & more. Pricing for each server is a based on numerous factors including duration needed, date, & more.

ALCOHOL NOTE:
The VFW has a liquor license, this means that you and your guests are NOT PERMITTED to bring any form of alcohol onto the premises, including but not limited to the parking lot! If caught doing so, certain individuals may be asked to leave the premises and not return. (Even if this demands law enforcement.) Craiglow's DJ Service is about protecting the Veteran's club & their liquor license! We can provide you with a Bartender for up to 5 hours for $100.00. Additional time for the Bartender may be purchased at the rate of $20 per additional hour.
Beverages such as soda & water or any form of drinks that contain 0% alcohol are permitted to be brought into the Hall, as well as any outside food.
IF A BARTENDER IS NEEDED FOR YOUR EVENT, LET CRAIGLOW’S DJ SERVICE LLC KNOW AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

The stage, projectors, tv's, speakers, disco ball & other mounted DJ lighting is off limits as this is exclusive to Craiglow's DJ Service LLC.
We express this manner because we have had forms of entertainment show up without their own equipment, expecting to be able to use the equipment that belongs to Craiglow's DJ Service LLC.
Billing & Invoicing:
When utilizing our services, a non-refundable retainer fee will be specified in your agreement. This fee is essential to secure and reserve equipment and/or services for your selected date. Payment of this retainer fee is mandatory upon signing our electronic agreement and will be deducted from the total balance outlined in your agreement.
The full balance outlined in your agreement must be settled in its entirety no later than 7 days before your event date.
In addition to the non-refundable retainer fee, when utilizing our Event Hall, there is a Cleanliness Security Deposit outlined in our agreement in the amount of $100.00 This deposit of $100.00 is refundable at the conclusion of your event, as long as the terms and conditions are met!
The Client is expected to have completed cleanup tasks, including but not limited to, restoring tables and chairs to their original arrangement, sweeping the floors, disposing of trash, and addressing any other messes. The Client is required to exit the facility promptly at the scheduled end time outlined in their agreement. Should the Client fail to complete the aforementioned tasks and exit the facility by the scheduled end time they will be subject to overtime charges beyond the specified end time, outlined in the agreement.
Upon the satisfactory completion of your event, including the proper cleaning of the Event Hall (e.g., trash disposal, tables and chairs returned to designated areas, floors swept, restrooms restored to their proper state, etc.), Craiglow's DJ Service LLC will refund your security deposit in the amount of $100.00.
If the $100.00 Security Deposit was paid in cash, the refund will also be provided in cash. If the security deposit was made electronically, such as via credit card or a platform like PayPal, the refund will be processed in the same manner. Electronic refunds from Craiglow's DJ Service will be initiated within 24 hours after your event. It's important to note that the timeline for receiving these funds may vary based on your financial institution's policies and procedures.
All payments must be made via cash or electronically, as Craiglow’s DJ Service does not accept checks.

As stated, a Bartender can be added to your event for an additional $100.00 The Bartender will provide services for up to 5 consecutive hours. Additional hours may be purchased at the rate of $20 per additional hour after the 5 hours have commenced. Alcohol is prohibited from being brought onto the premises!
$200.00 - Table & Chair Cover Rental
Craiglow's DJ Service currently offers Black & White table & chair dressings. If searching for a different color, feel free to inquire & we can see what we can do.

Photo Booth
We currently only offer a classic style Photo Booth. There are numerous reasons we prefer the classic style booths over the 360 photo booths, but one main reason is that most newer booths do not print a picture on the spot, as they have went digital! Any photo booth is better than no photo booth. At first, I thought why would anyone want a photo booth at their event? After seeing the reactions of guests and the amount of fun they were having, I now ask why you would not want a photo booth at your event!
We offer two styles of Photo Booths. The major difference between the two booths is that one was made with the intent of adults use and/or Formal Events, and the other one was made with the intent for (Youth) children 12 & younger. Other than the appearance of the two booths, the youth booth uses a much less expensive camera, which means the pixels are reduced causing the photo to come out good, but not great like our adult booth. Adult Photo Booth: (Requires a minimum of 3-hour booking)
Pricing is $375.00 (USD) for 3 Consecutive hours.
Requires an additional non-refundable retainer fee in the amount of $150.00.
Great for Adults and/or formal Events, such as a Wedding or Prom.
Children under the age of 12 are required to be accompanied by an adult.
This booth is stylish & uses a high-quality professional grade camera & lighting.

Stands approximately 7 feet tall (when assembled.)
Is approximately 4 feet wide & will take up about 8 feet in length.

Youth Photo Booth: (Requires a minimum of 2-hour booking) (Not nearly as elegant as the Adult Booth.)
Pricing is $250.00 (USD) for 2 Consecutive hours.

This booth is great for children 12 & under. Children will not need to be accompanied by an adult.
This booth uses a ring light along with a Logitech Brio 4k pro webcam.

Upon entering the Event Hall, you are granted 8 consecutive hours. This entails completing all party decorations, preparations, and the event itself, followed by cleanup and exiting the facility precisely at the specified "End Time" in the agreement.
The End Time of our agreement represents the time in which you will be expected to be exiting the facility. This means that you are expected to have completed cleanup tasks, including but not limited to, restoring tables and chairs to their original arrangement, sweeping the floors, disposing of trash, and addressing any other messes.
Requires a non-refundable $50 retainer fee to book. This fee will be deducted from your total balance outlined in the agreement.
In addition to a Non-refundable retainer fee, there is a Security Cleanliness Deposit of $100.00 (Refundable upon cleaning, restoring the Event Hall to the manner in which it was found, along with departing from the Event Hall promptly at the scheduled End Time outlined in the Agreement.)
If you fail to complete the cleanup and exit the facility on time, a fee of $25.00 per 30 minutes will be incurred. Alternatively, should the Event Hall have another booking scheduled for the time you were supposed to exit, and the next party is awaiting your departure, the late fee for not vacating on time increases to $50.00 per additional 30 minutes.
If you reserve the Event Hall for 8 hours but only utilize 6 hours, no discount or refund will be provided. Ensure that you plan your event accordingly.
Total Balance of the invoice must be paid in full at minimum 7 days prior to your Event Date.
