Grounds Rental Only: Monday - Thursday includes use of Carriage House Restrooms $25.00 per hour with a four hour minimum. House & Grounds Rental: Monday - Thursday includes use of the dining room and parlor for dining $100.00 per hour with four hour minimum. Wedding Venue Rental: Historic Home & Grounds with access to the the first and second floor of the historic home built in 1804, warming kitchen, and private bathroom for the bridal party for two hours on Friday for rehearsal and four hours on Saturday for the wedding. Free access to the grounds for photography pre and post wedding when scheduled. $1,500.00 and $100 per hour for each additional hour of use. Honeymoon Package: Wedding Venue package plus overnight stay for the Bride & Groom. Additional rates apply for other guests. $2,000.00 Sunday Shotgun Wedding: Four hour rental of the house & grounds for rehearsal, ceremony, and reception $500.00 Bushnell Mill Barn rental is available for the after party. Information available upon request. Rental items are available for the success of your event ranging from catering supplies to tents, tables, & chairs.
