Photography services are subject to our availability on your event date. The $350 non-refundable retainer is due at the time of signing the contract. The contract must be signed to hold the event date. The balance of $350 is due on or before the event date. Payments made directly to Daniel Rivas Photography can be made with check, money order, certificated check or cash. The signed contract will have all of the details of the photography timeline with starting time and location addresses. A complete description of the package will be listed on the signed contract. At the time of signing the contract with a paid non-fundable retainer for my services, Daniel Rivas Photography will turn down any further work for the date of your event. Depending on the event location travel expenses may be required in addition to the photography package.
