My philosophy is simple. I want to live a balanced, healthy life, and I want YOU to live your life this way too! I have been in the food service and hospitality industry for over 25 years gaining experience from my previous personal chef business for six years in the Southeast Wisconsin area, cooking in restaurants, kitchen management, event and banquet coordination servicing two to one-thousand people. I have found that my most fulfilling endeavor is being a personal chef which allows me to do what I do best which is personalized and creative cooking.
