Constructed between 1920 and 1931 for use as a warehouse by the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company, it has now been converted as a staple venue in the heart of downtown Lake City. Formally known as the Askins Building for its ownership by C.B. Askins from 1993 until 2007, the one-story structure is raised on brick piers and features a frame front porch covered by a full-length tin shed roof. The 2,200 square foot "ACL" features rustic, southern charm perfect for receptions & reunions, community gatherings, or markets.
