Daily Rental Terms
Daily rentals at Moss Bluff Events begin at 8:00 AM and must be cleaned and vacated by 8:00 AM the following day. This allows for a full day of use, including time for setup, your event, and cleanup. Please ensure all rental terms are followed to avoid additional fees or loss of deposit.
End of Event Checklist
Before vacating the venue, please complete the following:
? Wipe down all tables and chairs before storing them properly.
? Remove all trash from the building and dispose of it in the dumpster located at the north end of the building.
? If tablecloths were rented, place them in a neat pile on the floor for pickup.
? Sweep or use a shop-vac to remove any debris from the floors.
? Empty the refrigerators of all leftover food and drinks.
? Clean and return any venue-provided items to their original location.
? Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure all personal belongings have been removed.
? Inspect the parking lot and dispose of any remaining trash properly.
