His Barbecue restaurant, "Dem Bonz" was chosen in the top 5 of all Barbecues in Southern California by Elmer Dills, ABC News Channel food critic. Jan D'Atri also shared his delightful Potato Salad recipe in the Scottsdale Republic. He has appeared at the Scottsdale Culinary Festival and other venues throughout the valley. He most recently worked as the Personal Chef for a High Profile Celebrity and family in Paradise Valley. His expertise and attention to detail has gained him recognition from his peers as well as his customers. Steve uses selected vendors to find the freshest and highest quality ingredients.
