The Dove House and Gatehouse can host your weekday meeting for up to 30 guests for $750. Each additional guest is $5.

Host your special event at The Dove House or Gatehouse. During our offseason months of January, February, March & November, the half day rate (includes up to 5 hours of event time plus 2 hours of additional setup time and 1 hour of teardown) is between $3,800 and $9,500 depending on the venue and evening of your event.
The Dove House - Half Day Rates are for up to 100 guests (add $22 per additional guest)

Additional Hours
$125 per 1/2 hour event time
$75 per 1/2 hour set up time or load-out
Changes to Event Hours
Event hours may only be changed to begin earlier for afternoon events or to begin later for evening events. All day events may be changed to any time. Any time adjustments must be pre-approved.
Holiday Pricing
The Sunday of Memorial & Labor Day weekend are priced at Saturday's rate and Monday is priced at Sunday's rate. New Year's Eve is always priced at Saturday's rate.
Penciling In:
For first-right-of-refusal, you may pencil in a date(s) for 10 days without cost. After 10 days we will call you for an update. If you do not respond after two calls, your name will be removed from the date(s). You may extend your 10 day pencil in up to 3 times (30 days total) prior to making your final decision. If, during your pencil-in period another client wishes to book, you will be given 24 hours to book the date with a signed contract and booking fee or release the date.
Payments:
The base facility fee (in addition to the booking fee) is due six months prior to your event (less for short notice events). Optional upgrades, added guest charges, added hours, ceremony fees, waitstaff services and sales taxes are due two weeks prior to the event. Accepted forms of payment include: checks, money orders, cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
Cancellations:
If a contract is cancelled more than 12 months prior to the event date, 50% of the booking fee will be refunded. If cancelled between 6-12 months, the entire booking fee is non-refundable. If cancelled less than 6 months, both the booking and facility fee are non-refundable. If the same date & time are rebooked by another client, the portion of the facility fee paid by the new client will be refunded; however, the booking fee remains non-refundable.
