Cancelation Policy:
If the event is canceled, no portion of fees paid to Create & Flow will be returned. If an event is canceled less than 60 days prior to the event date, 2nd payment will be required to compensate for hours of service already rendered and loss of event date. If the event is postponed, services contracted can be applied to a new date if available. Reschedule fee may apply.
Postponement Policy:
If an event is postponed, all services will cease at time of notification of postponement if no determined date is provided. Payment schedule will be determined and readjusted post new event date notification. If a client requires service to resume, post a new event date being established, a second payment will be required at time of service restart.
Payment Method Accepted:
**Payments can be made online via our payment processing system Honeybook using a valid debit, credit card, or ACH transfer. Otherwise, payments can be made by cash or check.

Payment Schedule:
50% of total rental fee is due at the signing of the contract
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to event date (at that time any adjustments can be made)
**Events booked in less than 30 days will require full rental payment due at the time of contract.
Special offers/ discounts if applicable:
Military discount of 10% off event bookings
Healthcare providers 10% off event bookings
Teachers receive 10% off event bookings
Recurring weekly classes or meetings receive a discounted rate of $100/hour
Damage Deposit – $500 (will be returned within 7 business days after event)
