*Client is responsible to purchase decorations separately. Our reps can provide a shopping list based on ideas and budget.

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due upon booking. The remainder of the balance must be paid in full one week prior to the event date. Monthly payments are accepted. We take Zelle, Cash & Check.
In the event that the client needs to cancel, they must do so no less than 2 weeks prior to the event date. Failure from the Client to cancel within the above mentioned time frame will result in expense reimbursement to Bonita Bash in addition to the deposit.
Should Bonita Bash need to cancel their services with the Client for any reason, they will do so no less than one month prior to the event date to allow the Client time to find other arrangements. In the event this should occur, the deposit will become refundable and returned to the client.
There is an additional service contract to be reviewed and signed at the time of booking.
Mejor Decor is our package that focuses solely on decorating. This package includes: one custom welcome table/entryway design, one custom photo-op area, and up to 10 table setups consisting if linen rentals, runners and custom centerpieces. Our reps will create, setup/install the event decor.

Our Event Planning services can be booked at a flat fee of $750. These are event planning services only and do not include any decor items or event coordination. Event Planning only includes: One Welcome Meeting via zoom or in-person, 2 follow up meetings before event, assistance with searching for vendors, obtaining price quotes and securing vendors for the event. We will make sure everything is set and ready to go so all you have to do is make the decisions, pay your vendors and show up!
Please note event coordination can be added for an hourly fee of $60/hour.
La Ultima package covers it all - full event planning, decorating and coordinating services! Bonita Bash reps will assist with event planning by finding and contacting vendors and ensuring all rentals are booked for the event.

Lastly, we provide 6 hours of event coordination.

Professional photography services can be contracted for as low as $85/hour! Our photographer is available for all types of events and can be booked alone or alongside our other services.
If photography is added to one of our packages it comes at the discounted price of $275/4 hours. But this price is only available when paired with another service.
