Rental Includes:
• Rental Hours between 9am - 10pm. 5 hour event time + 1 hour clean up after end time. Property must be cleared by Midnight.
• Tables & Chairs: 72" rounds + 6' rectangular tables + White resin folding chairs
• Outdoor Patio area
• Kitchen (limitations apply per agreement)
• Event Security during 5-hour event time
• Guest Parking

Additional Fees:
Damage Deposit | $200
50% of Room Rate due upon signing of agreement. Remaining 50% due 30 days prior to the event date. Damage Deposit due 60 Days prior to the event date.
