We accept Cash, Credit Cards, or Checks for Payment. Any Credit Card Deposits over $500 will result in a 2.3% processing fee. Deposits are 15% and due at signing of contract. Second Payment is due 90 calendar days prior to the event date. Third (Final) Payment is due 30 calendar days prior to the event date. CANCELLATIONS: • Licensee may cancel this Agreement only upon giving written notice to Licensor. The date of notification of cancellation shall be the date on which such notification is received by Licensor, and not when dispatched by Licensee. The Parties acknowledge, understand, and agree that in the event of a cancellation, Licensor’s actual damages would be difficult to determine. Therefore, the Parties agree on the following: o Cancellation between the date of signing this Agreement and ninety-one (91) calendar days prior to the Event Date will result in complete forfeiture of the Initial Deposit. o Cancellation between ninety (90) calendar days and thirty-one (31) calendar days prior to the Event Date will result in complete forfeiture of the Initial Deposit and forty percent (40%) of the Second Payment. o Cancellation at or within thirty (30) calendar days prior to the Event Date will result in complete forfeiture of the Initial Deposit, the Second Payment, and the Third Payment.
