We are not your usual caterer, we are a unique food truck, previously a transport trolley converted into a complete mobile kitchen. Our food is as unique as our trolley, and our catering format is quite different from other operations. We will collaborate with you to create your menu, bring it to your location or chosen venue, and we will serve from our trolley...what fun is that? Or, if you prefer, we will only deliver your food, and you can save the additional expense of set-up and service, without compromising the integrity of the cuisine; something greatly appreciated in this economy.
