This is a great budget friendly way to have our baked goods and Gelato at your event or a Cold Brew offer (maybe a mix of both). We offer fresh made "gelato BroSammiches"and our cold Brew Bros line of coffees at only $5 each your choice. The BroSammiches are individually wrapped and sealed. The BroSammich is a frozen treat that can be picked up from any of our shops with a days notice. The Cold Brews require refrigeration when brought on site for best flavor. All of these items are a self service option. You may also request serving of this product at your event by our staff for an additional fee and minimum order does apply. After 10 years of traveling in Europe we have created a dessert and coffee service that is an authentic match to the one that an Italian family enjoys at their wedding. When you order any coffee in Europe or get gelato you will always get a "chip" or a "cookie" or some sort of crunch with your product. We are no different. We make our fresh baked goods from scratch on our European baking systems to create your fresh cones, or our waffle chips called Brodallions. They are fantastic with our line of coffees, gelato or sorbetto. We offer authentic flavors like the list below: Stracciatella Gelato. This is a Madagascar Vanilla based gelato with fine shards of Italian mild chocolate pieces mixed in. Spumoni Gelato. This is the Italian version of Neapolitan. It is a trifecta of Italian favorites all in one. First we have an Amorina cherries pieces mixed in a smooth cherry gelato. Next we add little pieces of real pistashios mixed in a smooth real pistashio gelato. Last is a nice mild chocolate gelato to complete the third flavor. Lemon Ice ( Granite ) - Our lemon ice non-dairy sorbetto is very similar to a common Sicilian treat called Granite "Gran-Neat-Ta". This is a perfect refreshing treat with no dairy. Brogato - (Affogato) Our world famous Brogato is our take on a Italian favorite called a affogato. The term affogato literally means drowned. This is taken from the idea that you are "drowning" your gelato in a fresh pulled double shot of espresso as a rich pour over dessert. We do this Brogato with many flavors like our Madagascar Vanilla or Belgium Dark Chocolate Chunk, but we recommend using Stracciatella that is mentioned above.
