General Event Space

Crafty Bastard Brewery, founded in 2014, has three locations in and around Knoxville. Located inside an old church, the Baker Creek location in South Knoxville has a private space that seats roughly 65 guests. The taproom is also available for buyout in certain circumstances. This will be quoted on a case-by case basis.

Atmosphere/Decor: The Baker Creek location has only been open since September 2023, so we're still developing out vibe. The space is in an old church and has exposed brick walls, high ceilings and comes with it's own bartender.
Floor Covering: concrete
Special Features: Tables and chairs are included. There is not currently a rental fee for this space, but a food/beverage minimum purchase will apply for private events. Food can be catered or provided by our neighbor restaurant 71 South.

COMING SOON: Private event space located at 8 Emory Place above the soon-to-be St. Lucille's Cajun Kitchen. As the space is still under construction, we don't have a full description. The space will feature a gorgeous skylight, built in bar and an enclosed back-room. This spot if great for social mixers, reunions, rehearsal dinners and all types of private events. Rental information will be available soon.

Our West Knoxville brewery is located at 9937 Kingston Pike near Pellississippi Parkway and Mabry Hood Road. It features an outdoor stage for live performances or other activities. While this location doesn't offer private dining options, we do have plenty of room for an informal gathering of any number of guests. There is no fee to host a gathering, but we need to know in advance if you plan on coming down. If you're a club, professional organization or hosting a meet and greet we can offer Priority Ordering from our neighbor Hole in the Wall Pizza and discounts on any of our Crafty Brews.
