A portion of the rental proceeds are donated quarterly to Aslan Foundation, Tri-Star Arts, and the Candoro Arts & Heritage Center.
Maximum Number of Guests: 120 (possible to increase pending approval by management)
Service areas (ceremony, reception, dining, etc.) are limited to outdoor use only, on the grounds and in the Carriage House. Indoor use is permitted for restrooms, photos, staging, bridal changing area, and guest viewing.
The maximum indoor capacity of the building is 24.
Tables, chairs, and other rental items are not included in the Rental Fee, and must be arranged through your event planner or caterer.
We do have a list of Preferred Vendors to select from, including caterers, photographers, florists, DJs and bands, sound and lighting, bar service, etc. Clients wishing to use a vendor not on this may do so for a fee of $250 per vendor, and subject to management approval.
