Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable reservation fee in the amount of $200.00 of the total cost is due upon signing the contract This is if the contract is booked way in advance. The remaining amount is due 15 days prior to event. Cancellations/Date Changes: Must be written 30 days in advance of the original event date.Change is also subject to booth availability and receipt of new contract. If event is cancelled for any reason, the non refundable reservation fee is forfeited.
