Our event venue has a capacity for up to 400 event delegates. The dividable event venue is great for smaller groups/ breakouts or can remain fully open for large plenary/banquet style events! The 16 foot ceilings also allow for ample light and plenty of space.
The venue also offers a fully furnished outdoor patio (seasonal) and on-site catering services, both the venue and patio are fully licensed. We can accommodate both cash or host bars.
As an addition to the event venue, the space offers a large upper and lower concourse area to accommodate additional guests, receptions, tradeshows, etc.
As Kingston's newest and most modern event centre, the space offers state-of-the-art A/V technology (included in the cost of rental) as well as full natural lighting with the option of adjustable blinds.

With over 50 classrooms available, St. Lawrence College can accommodate 25 to 100 people. Our classrooms are equipped with a full line of audio visual equipment, including computers, digital video projector, overhead projector, tables and chairs, DVD, screen, and a whiteboard.

From events to meetings to focus groups, the Main Room is great for small meetings, lectures, presentations, conferences, etc. You can also add on the use of the other 3 spaces within the main room (see below).

St. Lawrence College has several options with seating that can accommodate 10 to 50 people. Our conference rooms can be equipped with a computer, digital video projector, overhead projector, tables and chairs, DVD, VCR, and a screen. Fully equipped networked computer labs with the latest software and WIFIi Internet access.

This space has a wonderful view of the grounds. It offers generous space and comfortably seats 650-1000 people. It is a perfect space for setting up information booths, hosting an exhibit/trade show or even a large banquet. This space has been newly renovated (completed September 2019).

All events in our cafeteria need to be approved by St. Lawrence College prior to booking/confirming event.
Our residence includes 147 double rooms, 298 single rooms, eight wheelchair accessible rooms, and a common lounge on each floor. Many of our lounges include a television and microwave for our guests to use at their convenience. Each room has a refrigerator, air conditioining, ensuite bathrooms, and ample free onsite parking. We off nightly, weekly, and monthly rates (10 or more).
