The kitchen was easy to work in, the playgrounds are great for the kids. The grounds are so pretty and everything inside and out is well kept. We loved it and would use again.
We hosted a Scrabble tournament for 28 players (though the space could have accommodated more), at Packer Hall on Oct 7. Packer Hall worked very well for our event and we plan on using it again in December. Everything we needed was there: tables, chairs, elevator for those who needed it and a well stocked kitchen. We were very pleased with the attention Julie, the Facilities Coordinator, gave us including a showing of the facility a month before our event. We highly recommend Packer Hall.
This location/venue was very convenient for my guests. The hall was spacious and provided everything we needed. I will definitely be using this venue space again.
We wanted to host a low-key Mehendi Party (henna party) the day before our wedding, with the plan to serve pizza, soda, and ice cream cake. After searching for various venues in the area, we found Packer Hall at Trinity Episcopal Church. It was much less expensive than other venues, so we decided to give it a try. Our Mehendi Party was a hit thanks to Packer Hall. It was a clean and spacious venue with numerous tables and chairs available to set up as needed. There was a kitchen that we were allowed to use which had plenty of fridge and freezer space. This enabled us to keep the 3 ice cream cakes we had bought frozen without a problem. There was also an oven and microwave available for our use which was very convenient as our guests arrived at various times throughout our party. There was a playground where the kids were able to play and be entertained while the adults chatted and, since it was a sunny day, this was especially helpful. There was plenty of parking for all our guests since there was a rear parking lot with lots of space and a front overflow parking lot for the remaining guests. Trash cans and cleaning supplies were located conveniently to wrap up the party along with dumpsters outside for us to dispose of all our garbage bags. Finally, the facilities’ coordinator, Julie, was easy to work with and very friendly and responsive. She answered all our questions promptly. I would definitely recommend Packer Hall to anyone looking for a space to hold an event for up to 100 people at a reasonable price.
We held a surprise 60th birthday party here for my parents. It was the perfect location. The hall, including the kitchen and restrooms, were all very clean. The tables and chairs were easily accessible. Julie, the coordinator for the hall, was always pleasant and helpful. I would book another event here with no hesitation.

We rented the hall for our baby girl's first birthday. It was a great hall, lots of space to set up decorations, nicely air conditioned in the summer time, huge set up kitchen, more than one fridge, two bathrooms, a baby changing table and even high top chairs for young children. We would definately recommend this venue for anyone looking to have their event and will definately be keeping it in mind for future events. :-)
The place was rented as a one-time thing to do a memorial service for a relative of mine . They had a wonderful kitchen, refrigerator and stove downstairs to use when we rented the facilities. It had an elevator too for the handicapped to access.

What a great spot for a rental! I happened upon the Undercroft searching for a party location for my sons graduation. It was awesome! It’s a huge bright room with plenty of space. They have tons of tables and chairs for use. The kitchen is gigantic and there are a ton of hooks and clamps for hanging decorations. Even plenty of space for our DJ. We could not have had or found a better venue.
I had my two daughters sweet sixteen here and it was beautiful, the area was big and we had many chairs to work with. We were able to dim the lights to our liking and it was beautiful. This y’all had many outlets around the room, so we were able to use them for DJ and additional lights. The kitchen was spacious to have the food and other supplies. Many tables also. Perfect venue for any occasion. Julie was very flexible with everything, and got back quickly to calls and texts.
I must say when I inquired about renting the hall Julie Petraglia which is the facility coordinator was very pleasant, helpful and always was available for any questions I had. The hall itself is a great space ,decent size and has a nice size kitchen. Perfect for any event, It’s located at a convenient location and it’s affordable in price. I will definitely recommended to anyone looking in the King of Prussia area or nearby areas looking for event space.
This place was so convenient , affordable and decent space to host up 100lb. Recently rented for a funeral luncheon since everything is so limited due to Covid, best decision my family and I made. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a decent space at an affordable price for any type of event, in a convenient location. I will definitely be looking forward to renting it again for any other events coming up in my life.
