Terms and Conditions

• A minimum deposit of “1/2 total performance fee” is required to bind terms. • Any deposit received is non-refundable. • The remainder of all remaining fees will be paid on arrival, prior to performance. If remaining balance is not paid this contract becomes void. • Parties entering into this contract are permanently bound to fulfill the obligations by this agreement unless one or more of the following conditions apply: • Both parties mutually agree to leave the agreement and its responsibilities. • The event described herein is completely canceled, and a minimum (7) day notice is given. • No extra fees will be assessed in the event of a cancellation by the parties requesting services. • Any and all information or details must be communicated at least (7) days prior to performance • DJ Spyder shall not be held liable for any action or damage arising from or in connection with any individuals not directly affiliated with DJ Spyder. Furthermore, the customer contracting with DJ Spyder agrees to assume full responsibility for any/all damages to DJ Spyder or property either caused by themselves, their guest, or any other party in attendance whether invited or not. • The parties purchasing the services of DJ Spyder agree to allow DJ Spyder to use pictures or video images taken at this event for promotional purposes. • DJ Spyder reserves the right to deny guest access to the sound system, equipment, or performance area.
