SPECIAL OFFERS: We are currently offering 10% off all events booked by 11:59 P.M. 8/31/2022. PAYMENT: We require a 50% deposit upon signing the contract. Once the project is complete, the client has no more than 30 Days to pay the remaining balance of the invoice. CANCELLATION: Client may cancel this Agreement at any time prior to MIDNIGHT of the third business day after the date of this Agreement for a 100% refund. The client may cancel this Agreement any time prior to MIDNIGHT of the third business day before the scheduled date of the event for a 50% refund of any payment already made. If the client cancels this Agreement within three business days before the scheduled event date, the client is not entitled to any refunds. If Central Texas Media, LLC has to cancel this Agreement at any time, the client will receive a 100% refund. Central Texas Media, LLC, and the client will notify the other party of any need to cancel this Agreement in writing as soon as reasonably possible.
