The Total Package
From $3500 plus tax for weddings of 30 guests or fewer
From $4000 plus tax for weddings of 60 guests or fewer
From $4500 plus tax for weddings of 100 guests or fewer
From $4800 plus tax for weddings of between 100 and 150 guests
From $5500 plus tax for weddings of more than 150 guests
INCLUDES:
Interview & Checklists- to personalize your event and ensure you have not overlooked any details
Event Facilitation- attending, overseeing and directing the wedding ceremony and reception; direction of vendors and flow of the event from set up to break down
Event Design- suggest unique ideas to personalize and customize your wedding, including themes, colors, flower selections, table settings, linens, rentals, lighting and more!
Communication- unlimited communication via e-mail, skype, Viber, & phone (at your expense for international calls) as needed to obtain all necessary information and make you feel at ease-ongoing updates and consultation with the couple about vendors’ services/products in a Wedding Summary throughout the planning process
Expertise- vendor suggestions & information after discussion regarding your vision, needs, & desires
Budget- discounts offered when possible, flat fee instead of percentages and commissions, all vendor prices are fairly represented, you are advised of ways to stay in budget and save money without compromising quality
Rehearsal or Walk-Through
Embellishments- sometimes we have inventory to help with your event design and make this décor complimentary to you
Attention to Detail- agreements and contracts reviewed to make sure we accommodate your vendors' needs and follow venue rules, all details are placed in a summary available to you throughout the planning process

Wedding Day Timeline
Set Up to Break Down-we set up your items, (ie. guest book, candy station, gift/reception table place cards, gift card box, programs, fans, wedding favors, etc.). YOU provide verbal or written instructions with the items needed to us the day before the event. ***This does not include set up of any equipment or props, (ie. tents, tables, chairs, furniture, lighting, etc.), which will be handled by the contracted companies. We do not replace the professionals you choose not to hire.
Programs- assist you with the information and design ideas for your wedding program
Resources- we provide you with resources for all of your needs, even wedding favors, guest books, printing, etc.
Lists and Reminders- to keep you on track during the planning process
Booking Vendors-help with finding, negotiating, and booking professionals who fit your vision. We do not take commission and pass that savings on to you!

DATE CHANGES:
Client shall not change the date, time or location of the event as listed in this AGREEMENT without first contacting and advising PLANNERS of said change so as to determine if PLANNERS is still available to provide services. If PLANNERS is unavailable to provide services, then PLANNERS is released from all contract obligations, and shall in no way be held responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for non-performance. The Client also forfeits PLANNERS’ fee and any other monies paid for non-compliance with this agreement.
In the event the Client is forced to change the event date, every effort will be made by PLANNERS to accommodate the new date with the already contracted vendors and venue. However, PLANNERS is not responsible for any vendors and venues not available for the changed date, nor for any costs incurred as a result of the date change.
Client agrees that in the event of a date change, any expenses including, but not limited to deposits and fees that are non-refundable and non-transferable, are the Client’s sole responsibility. There may also be additional charges above and beyond those set forth in the original AGREEMENT as a result of the Client’s date change request. The Client further understands that last minute changes can impact the quality of the event and that PLANNERS is not responsible for these compromises in quality.
CANCELLATIONS:
We understand that something may happen to cause a cancellation. Cancellation at any time requires a cancellation fee of 50% of our fee and costs, which includes a forfeit of your deposit. Cancellation 90 days or less from your event date requires a forfeit of the entire cost of our expenses and fees. All cancellations must be presented in writing, whether it be in the form of email or post. It is the Client’s responsibility to confirm that PLANNERS has received the written cancellation. In the event of a cancellation all payments made to date are non-refundable and all outstanding payments will be due immediately. PLANNERS will present an invoice to the Client reflecting the cancellation fees required. This invoice will reflect a due date for the Client’s PAYMENT. If payment is not received 30 days from the date of the invoice, PLANNERS will take legal action to collect payment from the Client. All costs incurred to collect the unpaid fees will be the additional fiscal responsibility of the client.
FAILURE TO PERFORM AND FORCE MAJEURE:
The Client fully understands and agrees that neither party, (nor all outside service providers or sub-contractors) shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the following causes (which events and/or circumstances are hereinafter referred to as “Force Majeure”), to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any export of other necessary license), accident, riots, war, insurrections, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, terrorist act, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy, , and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected (including mechanical, electronic, or communications failure.
