Payment Policy – Terms & Conditions It is our policy to ensure that you are satisfied with our services. Please feel free to discuss any changes or additions to your wedding arrangements at any time. Reservations will not be confirmed until receipt of your order form and a $300 non-refundable deposit via credit card or check made payable to Blue Ocean Weddings. You may also place your order via our on-line shopping cart and call us toll free (1-866-879-5628) or fax us (1-808-879-5628) with your credit card information. We accept Visa/Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, and Traveler’s Checks. Upon receipt of your deposit and order form, we will e-mail you a price estimate based on the items you have selected including state tax. If you choose to use the shopping cart, a price estimate is automatically tallied; therefore it will not be necessary for us to send you an estimate. Other deposits may be required to secure locations, rentals, caterers and/or other items. You will be notified of these requirements should they apply. Blue Ocean Weddings charges a 20% coordination fee for coordinating all receptions, dinners, and luau. Any changes and additions will be subject to this fee. All wedding packages already include this fee. All sales are subject to current State of Hawaii sales tax. Final payment is due NO LATER than 30 days prior to the scheduled wedding date. Out-of-State checks will not be accepted within 15 days prior to the wedding date. Cancellations or services that Blue Ocean Weddings has been hired to provide will be charged in full to the client at this time and this deposit will become non-refundable at that time. We will however, accept any additions to your order after this 30 day period, provided we are able to secure the services requested. The electronic wedding or shopping cart order that you will submit is an integral part of this contract. If final payment is not received within 30 days of your wedding date, client hereby authorizes Blue Ocean Weddings to charge remaining balance on the credit card securing this reservation. By signing below, or by submitting the electronic web contract indicating that you have read and agreed to this Contract, both Bride and Groom accept the above terms and conditions. Any changes to these conditions shall be in writing and agreed to by both parties no later than 30 days prior to the date of the event. Signatures below shall also serve as permission for all credit card orders and be considered authorization for use of credit card with Blue Ocean Weddings.
