We currently host $750 midweek (excluding Fri) micro weddings (under 25 people).

The site rental fee is $4800 for under 175 guests, $6000k for up to 250, and $7500 for up to 350. For the ceremony, we have a stunning grassy hilltop with 360-degree mountain views - perfect for a post-ceremony cocktail hour as well. If needed, we have a golf cart for the elderly/ handicapped. For the reception, just a few steps away, we have a large, weatherproof pavilion with decorative paper lanterns, a hay bale lounge area and electricity for bands, caterers,etc. There is plenty of space for social distancing. We supply 10 handmade 8' wooden farm tables (additional available for rent) and 20 ceremony benches, a handmade cedar arbor/ arch, a fire pit, and we coordinate parking. You can bring in a bathroom trailer or you can rent the farm’s bathroom trailer. A wedding coordinator can help with every aspect of your wedding to guaranty it is flexible, casual and professional. Their services are not included in the property rental fee, but we have great suggestions! We rent the property out from Fri noon to Sun noon. And we give you freedom of choice for planners, caterers, photographers, rental companies, etc. We don't have a shutdown time (but music needs to lower at 10pm) and we let people camp onsite for a small fee. We also will rent out the 3 bedroom farmhouse for day-of dressing /poolside lounging. We have a small cabin if you want to stay on the property.

As a financial starting point, we have had great caterers do weddings and events at the farm for as little as low $30p/p excluding alcohol.
