A deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due prior to or upon arrival at the event space. 3. Payment Due Date: The deposit is due upon booking confirmation to secure the reservation. The remaining balance is due at least 7 days before the event date. 4. Discount Offer: Enjoy a 10% discount on the total rental fee if you schedule six or more months before your event. This offer is subject to availability and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. 5. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made after this period may result in forfeiture of the deposit or incur additional fees, depending on the circumstances. 6. Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit may be required to cover any potential damages to the event space or its amenities during the rental period. This deposit will be returned within 24 hours after the event, provided no damages occur. 7. Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee may be applicable to ensure the event space is returned to its original condition after use. Capacity and Usage: The maximum capacity of the event space must be adhered to at all times, and the space should be used in accordance with local regulations and guidelines.
